Job Description Summary

The Senior Associate, Human Resources, leads recruitment for APAC, including coordinating recruitment processes. Additionally, provides HR business partner advisory and payroll support across APAC. Key duties include leading recruitment mandates with hiring managers and external headhunters (if used), managing job postings, interviews, pre-employment checks, reference checks, offers, and onboarding.

What you will do:
  1. Lead APAC recruitment efforts.
  2. Manage recruiting activities in Workday.
  3. Manage internal and external job postings.
  4. Liaise with recruiting agencies.
  5. Conduct reference checks.
  6. Conduct onsite/video interviews for entry and mid-level roles.
  7. Prepare offer analysis, including market data comparison and internal peer benchmarking.
  8. Prepare offer letters and confidentiality agreements.
  9. Process background and credit checks.
  10. Draft and edit job descriptions.
  11. Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
  12. Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations.
  13. Enter new hire information into HRIS (Workday).
  14. Assist with maintenance of HRIS database.
  15. Process, organize, and maintain confidential files and data.
  16. Provide benefit enrollment support.
  17. Oversee APAC payroll administration, liaising with vendors, reviewing reports, and ensuring schedules are met.
  18. Provide HR advice and counsel to APAC staff members.
