Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process
Identify new business opportunities and build rapport with existing clients
Knowing clients’ businesses needs and supporting them in their recruitment needs
Proactive sourcing of suitable talents via different platforms
Resume screening, short-listing, interviewing and selecting the right candidates
Requirements:
Diploma/ Degree holder
Experience in 360 recruitment, preferably from Executive Search background
