We’re looking for a Senior Aftersales Manager to take charge of our aftersales operations — ensuring efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead a team of service professionals and ensure every customer interaction reflects quality and care.

  • Resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction level.

  • Boost revenue through strategic upselling and capacity planning.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally, align efforts with business goals and control costs.

  • Supervise daily aftersales activities, support team development, analyze performance metrics, and optimize scheduling for efficiency.

  • Lead the parts team to maintain high inventory accuracy, minimize obsolete inventory, and maintain an audit-ready warehouse.

  • Manage warranty process and ensure compliance and accuracy.

What You Bring:

  • A degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Management.

  • At least 8 years of experience in automotive aftersales, including 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-first mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent English communication skills.
