We’re looking for a Senior Aftersales Manager to take charge of our aftersales operations — ensuring efficiency, profitability, and top-tier customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead a team of service professionals and ensure every customer interaction reflects quality and care.
Resolve issues promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction level.
Boost revenue through strategic upselling and capacity planning.
Collaborate cross-functionally, align efforts with business goals and control costs.
Supervise daily aftersales activities, support team development, analyze performance metrics, and optimize scheduling for efficiency.
Lead the parts team to maintain high inventory accuracy, minimize obsolete inventory, and maintain an audit-ready warehouse.
Manage warranty process and ensure compliance and accuracy.
What You Bring:
A degree in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or Business Management.
At least 8 years of experience in automotive aftersales, including 3 years in a leadership role.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Customer-first mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fluent English communication skills.
