Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced Finance Specialist / Senior Specialist to join our dynamic team at Nanofilm. Nanofilm is a leading provider of nanotechnology solutions, leveraging proprietary technologies, R&D, engineering, and production capabilities across Asia and Europe, serving a wide range of industries.

This role provides strategic and operational financial leadership for the company's European operations, ensuring alignment with Group financial policies, performance expectations, and reporting standards.

The responsibilities include driving financial planning and analysis (FP&A), overseeing operational and project budget control, and delivering cost transparency through 4M-based operational finance practices.

The role also manages fixed assets, Capex, and investment processes, ensuring disciplined capital deployment and post-investment reviews. Acting as a key partner to local and Group leadership, the role supports sustainable growth through strong financial governance, decision support, and performance management. The ideal candidate will be based in Singapore, with frequent travel to Europe to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with local regulations and corporate standards.
