About the role

We are seeking a Business Technology Lead with experience advising CIOs and CTOs and steering technology transformations. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record in IT strategy, IT operating model design, cloud transformation, or enterprise architecture roadmaps that have enhanced IT's ability to deliver business outcomes. You should have a proven record of growing client relationships through developing solutions and improvement initiatives that address business challenges, and leading teams in strategy and transformation engagements.

What you'll do:

• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to understand their business and technology needs, often acting as an evangelist, mediator, or thought leader.
• Design technology strategies and roadmaps to help clients transition to modern operating models and platforms.
• Show a passion for Sustainable IT and Technology.
• Design and implement modern platform-based architectures.
• Identify opportunities to reduce technology costs and leverage new opportunities.
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams both locally and virtually.
• Collaborate with Business Development Executives to identify and develop new opportunities.
• Maintain market understanding, sector experience, and drive business development initiatives.

What you'll bring:

• 15+ years of experience in technology consulting, enterprise, and digital architecture.
• Experience in IT/Digital Strategy, IT/Digital Operating Models, IT Service Management, and Cost Optimization.
• Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies, including cloud computing, AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong client relationships.
• Experience with Cloud advisory, strategy, operating models, Technology Implementation Roadmaps, FinOps, and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Ability to align technology initiatives with business goals and create long-term strategies that foster growth and innovation.
• Experience in Agile and DevOps transformations.
• Relevant certifications in Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), Agile (SPC, SA, SAFe Architect).
• Experience with Outsourcing & Shared Services.
• Strong planning, organization, and resource management skills.
• Experience across multiple sectors.
• Excellent client management and negotiation skills.
