The business analyst works to understand business needs and processes and to act as a liaison between the business and the technical team. He/she is responsible for building strong collaborative relationships with the ASEAN teams (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand) as well as Hong Kong and Taiwan, with a specific focus on the sales and marketing teams and process owners. He/she is responsible for understanding business processes, eliciting, and documenting requirements, and coordinating communication among various business groups and IT technical teams.
