We are searching for a passionate and skilled Human Resources Executive to assist in handling all aspects of recruitment, payroll-related matters, and employee key performance indicator systems.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day financial matters, month-end, and year-end accounts closing related to Payroll, including:
- Pre-Payroll activities: input and update employee details, manage government claims
- Payroll activities: process payroll, process CPF, manage payroll payments
- Post-Payroll activities: provision for bonus, manage month-end/year-end closing, submission of IRAS Tax Declaration Annual Form 8E, respond to employee payroll inquiries
Assist in reviewing compliance with statutory requirementsSupport and facilitate efficient daily Payroll operationsLiaise with internal and external auditors and tax agents on payroll-related mattersAct as the contact point for institutional Finance and HR staff, collaborating closely to ensure organizational readiness and capability to deliver business resultsManage employee monthly KPI calculations for payrollParticipate in salary surveys, review survey data, and recommend follow-up actions for HR managersPlan and organize the administration of monthly, biannual, and annual Total Performance Management (TPM) exercises, including analysis of bell curves by family groups, job bands, and departmentsCoordinate with management to ensure timely processing of annual increments and bonus paymentsLead talent acquisition efforts for the educational industry, understanding current and future staffing needsMonitor industry market demands on staffing, remuneration, and benefits; propose strategies to managementEnsure ongoing recruitment drives aligned with business needsCollaborate with management to ensure key staff engagement and retention strategiesManage employee engagement surveys (staff satisfaction), MOM surveysOversee HR processes for audit purposesCoordinate with training officers for the company's training planPerform other tasks as reasonably directed by the principal/managerRequirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in HR and finance functions
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Human Resources, or equivalent certifications
- Knowledge of local labor laws and tripartite guidelines
- Experience with payroll processes in the educational industry
- Strong organizational, planning, and implementation skills
- Pleasant demeanor, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous, independent, capable of multitasking and following through with minimal supervision
- Good time management and organizational skills, customer-oriented mindset
- Fluency in spoken and written Chinese is preferred, as our clients are Chinese speakers
