A leading company is seeking a Logistic Officer to assist in managing refuelling infrastructure projects. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure optimal functioning and compliance. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in project management or procurement, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
Monthly Salary: up to $4,400 per month
Contract Type: Full-Time, 1 Year Contract
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head of Logistics in managing and developing refuelling infrastructure projects and services at the Brani base.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the continuity and optimal functioning of refuelling infrastructure at the base.
Manage and maintain records, ensuring compliance with relevant procedures, standards, and regulations (e.g., SOPs, finance circulars, and directives).
Provide logistical support for all refuelling infrastructure operations and initiatives at the Brani base.
Facilitate coordination and communication between internal departments, external contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in the project.
Ensure tasks are completed on time and work within specified deadlines under tight schedules.
Assist in procurement-related activities, including project planning, vendor management, and ensuring compliance with procurement processes.
Manage procurement documentation and contracts related to refuelling infrastructure.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Head of Logistics, Admin & Finance.
'A' Level qualification or diploma in any field of study.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Familiarity with the procedures and standards set out in relevant operational and finance circulars and directives (preferred).
At least 2 years of experience in Project Management or Procurement roles.
Knowledge and hands-on experience in managing infrastructure projects and logistics operations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when interacting with internal/external agencies, contractors, vendors, and managing agents.
Analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work effectively under pressure with tight deadlines.
Proactive and able to manage work with minimal oversight while ensuring quality and timeliness.
Adaptable to changing business needs, work conditions, and responsibilities.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Composed and efficient in high-pressure or adverse situations.
Familiarity with Government Procurement Framework and relevant directives.
