Job description

Our client, a well-known Japanese company, is seeking candidates for the position of Contract Administrator.

Responsibilities:
  1. Creating and reviewing contracts for crude oil and petroleum products (including bioresources) related to purchase and sales transactions.
  2. Responding to counter proposals and negotiating with counterparties to protect the company's interests.
  3. Liaising with traders to ensure contract terms align with deal intentions and consulting with internal legal advisors as necessary.
  4. Participating in team development to enhance core competencies supporting business expansion.
  5. Leading the execution of daily Contract Administration (CA) processes efficiently.
  6. Implementing process improvements to increase work efficiency.
  7. Coordinating with headquarters, including the Legal department, on common issues.
  8. Coordinating with overseas offices on shared issues.
  9. Providing periodic reports to headquarters and overseas offices.
  10. Supporting other administrative duties as requested by management.
Requirements:
  1. Diploma or Degree qualification.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  3. Proactive in taking initiatives.
  4. Motivated and responsible team player.
