Main Purpose of Job
The NPP AOA Website and Data Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the website and data strategies across markets. Specifically, they will create competitive strategies to drive website traffic, engagement, and data acquisition for 11 market-level websites, serving as the core of the NPP AOA digital ecosystem. This includes defining website goals, aligning the website with the organization's brands, and developing strategies to improve performance by working closely with the MSE and agency teams on site maintenance and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a comprehensive end-to-end website strategy that connects across touchpoints, driving and reinforcing NPP AOA's Find, Feed, and Care framework. Set and monitor relevant KPIs across markets to ensure strategy execution and performance.
- Lead NPP AOA's website data strategy and first-party data acquisition and activation. Grow pet parent audiences with content recommendations and development to support data and CRM loyalty strategies, enhancing engagement, recruitment, and retention to increase the lifetime value of pet parents. Align the Purina Petcare Club strategy with NPP AOA brand strategy, and set and monitor KPIs across markets.
- Manage CRM operations with the Integrated Marketing Services CRM team to execute the Purina Pet Club CRM initiatives across relevant channels (EDMs, SMS, WhatsApp, Line) to drive pet parent acquisition.
- Collaborate with the AOA MSE teams to ensure flawless execution of website launches/redesigns, maintenance, updates, security enhancements, new features, integrations, compliance, accessibility, IT infrastructure, and support.
- Lead and collaborate with the IMS Website Content Management team to ensure end-to-end content management and execution across AOA markets. Work with the NPP AOA Content Manager on content strategy, creation, SEO, and performance reporting.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement website strategies and opportunities to meet business objectives. Stay informed about market developments and monitor the competitive landscape to position NPP AOA as a leader in engaging pet parents with relevant content across pet life stages.
- Develop strong relationships with appointed agencies and partners to promote best practices in digital content marketing.
Requirements
- Degree in Digital, Communications, or Marketing
- Minimum 4 years of experience in digital marketing (Nestle or equivalent) and/or strategic planning, communications, or media agency work
- In-depth knowledge of digital platforms, technology, and data platforms
- Proven experience in driving brand performance through digital media
- Knowledge of digital performance management platforms
