Job description

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support our team in a variety of administrative tasks to ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Includes handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

Communication: Answer and direct phone calls, write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.

Scheduling: Assist in planning and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.

Record Keeping: Develop and maintain a filing system, and update and maintain office policies and procedures.

Data Management: Submit and reconcile expense reports and maintain contact lists.

Customer Service: Provide general support to visitors and ensure that all reception duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Project Coordination: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and participate in organizing company events or conferences.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant.

Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular); excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.

Communication: Attention to detail and problem solving skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Characteristics: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
