Job description

Upsight is looking for a dependable and organised Operations & Admin Executive to support our daily operations, event logistics, office administration, and internal coordination. This is a long-term, full- or part-time role ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and resourceful, and can manage operations efficiently while working independently.

You’ll play a key role in keeping things running smoothly — from supporting daily admin to ensuring events and programmes are delivered smoothly.

Main Responsibilities

  • General office administration, filing, scheduling, and procurement
  • Coordinating logistics for meetings, events, and programmes
  • Sourcing and liaising with suppliers, vendors, and clients
  • Supporting basic bookkeeping, invoicing, and finance tracking
  • Assisting with HR admin such as staff onboarding and payroll
  • Helping to improve internal processes and operational workflows
  • Other administrative and operational tasks as required

Who Should Apply?

  • Diploma, Higher Nitec, or O/A Level holder with relevant experience
  • At least 1–2 years’ experience in admin, operations, events, or HR support preferred
  • Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable working independently
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new tools quickly
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to grow with the team

Structure & Commitment

  • Full-time or part-time (at least 3 full days/week or 5 half-days/week)
  • Competitive monthly salary, prorated based on time commitment
  • Singapore-based role
