A leading company in fire protection is seeking a project manager to oversee various aspects of fire protection projects. The role involves site supervision, procurement, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will possess a degree in engineering and relevant experience in the construction industry.
Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee all aspects of fire protection projects including cost control, manpower deployment and contract compliance.
Site Supervision & Coordination: Attend site meetings, monitor project progress, and ensure accurate meeting minutes. Coordinate with architects, consultants and site teams on technical compliance and progress.
Procurement & Material Management: Procure materials and ensure timely delivery to the site according to project schedules and budget.
Documentation & Reporting: Issue project documentation including variation orders, test procedures, meeting minutes and final project close-out files.
Inspection & Compliance: Coordinate inspections with relevant authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.
Problem Solving: Resolve site issues and coordinate with all involved parties to maintain project flow.
Requirements
Degree holder / Diploma holder / ITC holder in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
Related working experience in fire protection for the construction industry.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
