Job Description

• Design electrical diagrams for Machinery Equipment using Machine Control Panel PLC modification software to meet customer requirements.

• Develop PLC programs and HMI graphics for Machinery Equipment Control Panels.

• Install wiring from isolators to machines and assemble machines (wiring, setup, installation) at client premises.

• Provide on-field support and on-site debugging during machinery installation and setup, both locally and overseas.

• Generate technical documents and user manuals; provide site training on machine operation post-installation.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering.

• Minimum of 8 years' experience in Automation Machinery within manufacturing and logistics industries.

• Knowledge of communication protocols such as Ethernet/IP, RS232, RS485, EtherCAT.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.

• Hands-on experience with electrical wiring, PLC programming (Omron, Panasonic, Beckhoff is an advantage), and HMI programming.

• Strong practical skills in electrical installation and wiring on machinery.

• Willingness to travel overseas for installation and setup projects as required.
