Job description

Summary

• Salary range from $3000 - $4000
• Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
• Location: Aljunied
• AWS, $300 Flexi Benefits

Responsibilities

• Maintain & manage full sets of accounts
• Prepare & submit quarterly GST returns, perform reconciliation of accounts
• Prepare monthly rolling cashflow forecast and management reports
• Manage collection from cash, cheques, telegraphic transfer, and GIRO in a timely manner
• Handle Petty Cash
• Ensure accurate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
• Issue sales invoices
• Assist in yearly audit and tax computation
• Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
• Ensure accounting deadlines are met
• Liaise with banks, main contractors, vendors, and customers for financing documentation
• Undertake filings and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Experience in MYOB is a plus
