Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Prepare financial, management, and regulatory reports in compliance with reporting standards, statutory requirements, and SGX listing rules.

2. Handle quarterly consolidation of financial reports and review submissions from subsidiaries, associates, and joint ventures to ensure compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

3. Ensure accurate accounting transactions, prepare management reports, review management schedules, and handle quarterly GST submissions.

4. Coordinate with subsidiaries and related entities on data requests, clarify financial queries, and highlight anomalies requiring investigation.

5. Support the annual budgeting process, conduct financial planning and analysis, and track actual performance against budgets.

6. Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on financial and tax matters, providing detailed variance analyses and explanations.

7. Guide and support junior finance team members and assist with ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent; possessing accounting qualifications will be an advantage.

2. 5-6 years of relevant experience.

3. Experience in listed companies or the investment industry will be an advantage.

4. Knowledge of Accpac, Sage30, and Excel will be an advantage.

5. Familiarity with SFRS and SGX reporting will be an advantage.
