On-Site Service Engineer

Benefits Summary:

• Permanent Role

• Basic Up to $3,000 - $4,000 + Standby allowance + AWS + VB

• Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm

• Island-wide

• Semiconductor Industry

Responsibilities:

• Install or relocate equipment at customer sites, including setup and testing to ensure proper operation.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on machines, whether under warranty or not, to minimize downtime.

• Troubleshoot equipment issues, identify root causes, and carry out repairs or escalate when needed.

• Implement updates and upgrades by following engineering instructions, which may involve replacing machine parts.

• Keep accurate records, including service logs, part usage, and maintenance reports.

• Build strong relationships with customers by providing professional and helpful service during installations and ongoing support.

• Represent the company professionally and inform customers of new products or services when relevant.

• Take care of company-issued tools and equipment, ensuring everything is secure and in working order.

• Support additional tasks assigned by your supervisor as needed.

Additional Information:

• Open to exciting overseas travel opportunities, including extended on-site support assignments
