- Work with marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies that target key accounts, industries, or regions.
- Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, online marketing and direct marketing campaigns.
- Manage entire sales process from lead generation to closing, including conducting initial outreach, making sales presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that customer requirements are accurately captured and reflected in the proposed solution.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of the ERP software solution.
- Provide product expertise and guidance to customers to help them understand the value of the ERP solution and how it can address their business needs.
- Achieve sales targets and goals as established by the company, and report progress and performance to the management team.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ERP software and related technologies, as well as industry trends and best practices.
- Attend relevant conferences and events to represent the company and generate leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on ERP systems (knowledge of Odoo ERP software).
- Understanding of business processes and workflows, particularly in areas related to manufacturing, supply chain, finance, or human resources.
- Ability to identify and generate leads and close deals in a timely manner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and management.
- Strong negotiation skills to successfully close deals and negotiate contracts with clients.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and attend conferences and events as needed.
