A leading community organization is seeking a passionate team leader to manage and promote courses and interest groups. The role involves engaging with partners, developing new programs, and leveraging social media to enhance community outreach. Ideal candidates should have strong leadership skills and experience in project management.

What you will be working on:
Programmes, Courses & Interest Group Development
Manage the allocated portfolio & actively reach out to new partners, engage new/existing partners/networks, study industry and market trends/practices and practices to recommend new course guidelines and implement the course guidelines and practices to achieve professional and high quality standards in the management of Trainers/Private Operators.
Course curation with Trainers/Private Operators and partners to develop new courses and programmes & repackage existing courses at the CCs/RCs/RNs/NCs, and assist the team to develop, promote and implement national level initiatives and programmes to reach out to the hard-to-reach target segments
Identify relevant government departments, community and corporate organisations and collaborate with them as partners to expand and support outreach to residents through courses and interest groups.
Leverage on social media to promote the courses and interest group communities under his or her purview to residents.
Spearhead various projects and high point events to promote and showcase courses and interest groups.
Lead/guide the team on writing reports, course proposals and press releases etc.

Perform other duties as and when assigned by senior officers
What we are looking for:
Knowledge & Skills
Minimum -
(a) Relevant working experience as an effective team leader with good track records
(b) Demonstrated strong leadership and possess relevant co-curricular activities and voluntary work experience
Desired -
(a) Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in driving programmes for targeted segments (eg, working professionals, minorities, young families, seniors) or developing and managing courses and interest groups
(b) Strong written and oral communications skills
(c) Shows competencies in preparation of slides & strong presentation skills
(d) Shows creativity and innovativeness in implementing new initiatives
(e) Possess knowledge and skills in social media platforms
(f) Willing to work on several weekends and weeknights
This person should be self-driven, resourceful and passionate about meeting and working with people
He or She should have strong organizational and communication skills and demonstrates experience in project and/or event management
Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
Successful candidates will be given a 3-year contract.
