Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Accounts Department and Operational Team. To assist in daily administrative tasks, maintain organized records, and help ensure smooth documentation processes between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties including filing, printing, and scanning of documents

  • Arrange and organize lorry chit tickets in proper sequence for billing.

  • Sort and compile transportation tickets, ensuring all documents are complete and accurate

  • Prepare a summarized list of transportation trips and costs for HR’s processing of drivers' monthly salaries

  • Coordinate with Accounts and Operations teams for timely submission of supporting documents

  • Assist in any other clerical tasks as assigned by department heads

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level / relevant certification in Business Administration or equivalent

  • At least 1 year of relevant administrative experience preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently

  • Good communication skills and a cooperative team player
