Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Management professional to oversee compliance and operations of outsourced facilities management. The role involves monitoring maintenance, conducting surveys, and ensuring statutory requirements are met. Candidates should have a diploma in Facilities Management or an equivalent engineering discipline, along with substantial experience in facilities operation. Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of working experience in Facilities operation.
  • Experience in Cleaning services, Waste management, Landscaping and Pest control.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance of outsource Facilities Management.
  • Monitor maintenance regime to ensure completion of PPM.
  • Carry out on site survey and spot checks on work performed.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance of outsource Facilities Management (FM).

  • Point of contact for KASM staff regarding daily operation issues related to outsource Facilities Management.

  • Assist to maintain a comprehensive compliance checklist with regards to outsource FM.

  • Monitor of maintenance regime to ensure completion of PPM in line with service standards and good industry practices.

  • Carry out on site survey, sampling and spot check on work performed by outsource FM.

  • Plan and carry out site survey with outsource FM for every venue.

  • Follow up on higher risk areas related to FM as identified in the risk register.

  • Follow up on FM lifecycle work and defect rectification.

  • Ensure statutory requirement are met by outsource FM and support in licence application matters.

  • Support in FM related events setup or operation.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent Engineering discipline.

  • More than 5 years of working experience in Facilities operation.

  • Knowledge of facilities system operation including Electrical, Mechanical, Air Conditioning, Fire Protection system, Plumbing.

  • Experience in Cleaning services, Waste management, Landscaping and Pest control.

  • Ability to interact well with stakeholders with regards to facilities related issues.

  • Good communication and presentation skills.

  • 1 year contract renewal
