Job Summary:

• Up to $2,800 + AWS + VB
• 5 Days - Monday to Friday (8.45am – 5.15pm)
• Pioneer (Transport provided at Lakeside MRT and Jurong East MRT)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of AR/AP tasks.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of AR invoices.
• Collaborate with Operations on billing issues.
• Track debtor aging balances, follow up with customers, and coordinate with Sales for collections.
• Reconcile and record receipts promptly.
• Maintain proper documentation for billing and collections.
• Scan and manage all digital records.
• Communicate effectively with customers and proactively resolve issues.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
