Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Conduct sourcing activities to support parts, solutions, and service business.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop target costing and achieve targets through cost analysis tools, vendor negotiations, etc.
  3. Perform supplier research and analysis, evaluate and identify potential new vendors to meet business needs, and optimize the supply base for cost, quality, delivery, and technology advantages.
  4. Drive supplier performance, strategic alignment, and sustainability through effective communication, relationship maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  5. Work with Business Units and vendors to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve specifications, conduct teardown sessions, and develop cost reduction proposals.
  6. Regularly evaluate supplier performance in delivery, quality, and service to meet contractual requirements.
  7. Prepare sourcing reports for management and cross-functional teams to improve processes and communication.
  8. Represent Procurement in cross-functional communications to align sourcing plans and initiatives, and support operational excellence through internal collaboration.
  9. Focus on the company's productivity objectives and establish good relationships with key suppliers to drive cost savings.
  10. Ensure compliance with the company's code of conduct and business processes to maintain smooth operations.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Over 5 years of experience in sourcing management, including more than 3 years in project sourcing.
  4. Good people management skills.
  5. Effective leadership, teamwork, communication, and influencing skills.
  6. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
