Job description

This role will be based in Manila, Philippines.

This is a high-growth opportunity working with our ESMB businesses in the Philippines. You will drive sales growth within the ESMB segment in the Philippines. The Manager, Sales is responsible for defining strategies for growing revenue, identifying account-wide opportunities, and managing both strategic and operational activities.

As a first-line Manager, Sales, you will manage and develop a team of Account Executives. You will participate in and lead client and prospect meetings, collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders and corporate resources, and be responsible for mentoring and developing the sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and training new team members. You will also oversee your team’s forecast accuracy.

Your Impact

We seek a proven, tactical, and strategic Manager, Sales to lead a team of Account Executives focused on growth in our Emerging Small Business & Small Medium Business Accounts. This sales leader will play a key role in leading a highly visible, motivated team that generates revenue and achieves individual, team, and organizational quotas. You will contribute to the corporate sales strategy and help define and implement plans to meet corporate objectives.

Your Qualifications
  • Attracting, recruiting, and retaining top talent
  • Supporting direct reports through participation and leadership in client and prospect meetings, engaging other corporate resources as needed
  • Mentoring and developing the Emerging Small Business sales team in business development and opportunity management
  • Conducting weekly forecast meetings and coaching team members on strategies to close deals
  • Reporting sales activity and forecasts to senior management
  • Monitoring sales activities and tracking results
Required Skills and Experience
  • Extensive software sales experience in both individual contributor and management roles, including sales management
  • Proven success in enterprise software sales environments
  • Experience with high-volume transaction sales
  • Knowledge of CRM systems
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in hiring and training sales representatives
