The Opportunity

We are expanding our Data & Analytics team within FSO. We seek passionate Business and Data Analysts with financial services experience to join our diverse team. Whether you are starting your career or seeking a managerial role, we are interested in talking to you.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Perform business and technical analysis of current systems.
2. Gather and document requirements for new solutions.
3. Facilitate workshops with stakeholders.
4. Collaborate with Technical and Solution Architects to meet design standards.
5. Conduct stakeholder interviews.
6. Translate requirements into user stories and process flows.
7. Perform data profiling and analysis.
8. Ensure traceability from requirements to design.
9. Work with the team to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
10. Present data visually and develop relational databases.
11. Prepare data reports and visualizations for decision-making.

Skills and Attributes for Success

1. Solid experience with SQL and data interrogation.
2. Experience working in multi-disciplinary teams, collaborating with architects.
3. Proven ability to document requirements effectively.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in financial services, with relevant firms.
• Educational background in Data & Analytics, IT, Business, Economics, Finance, or Accounting.
• Knowledge of platforms like Aladdin Blackrock, eFront, SimCorp Dimension, Temenos WealthSuite, Avaloq is a plus.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and adapt to demanding environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of machine learning and AI.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, QlikView.
