A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to develop strategies, manage training programs, and enhance employee skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, particularly in the audio-visual industry, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Description:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet staffing needs across departments
Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire)
Develop and implement effective training programs for employees
Manage employee training, skills enhancement and growth initiatives
Job Requirement:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a recruitment, preferably within the audio-visual industry
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, including sourcing techniques and candidate assessment methods
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve organizational goals
