Drafter (M&E)

Job Responsibilities

1. Prepare authority submission drawings in Revit / Cad
2. Work with project architect on all matters pertaining to design, technical compliance and building code / regulations
3. Assist in preparing architectural details & documentation
4. Familiarity with Local Authorities Code is an advantage
5. Prepare 3D renderings & construction drawings

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in BIM and Revit Architecture
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
3. Good to Have BCA or Autodesk Revit Certificate
4. Familiar with local building codes and regulations
5. Self-driven and able to work independently
6. 5.5 work days
