Job Responsibilities

  • Keeping, maintaining, and updating of personal file / records of employees, increment and renewal of employment contract
  • Liaising with external parties on insurance renewal or application related matter
  • Preparing and printing of document for the operation
  • Calls and emails follow up to customer or external clients
  • Assist in billing related matters
  • Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
  • Keying in daily and monthly sales report
  • Assist in coordinating and liaising with external parties like vendors, external auditors, tax agent and corporate secretarial where required
  • Support in the preparation of meeting, materials & taking minutes
  • Assist in marketing related tasks

Job Requirement

  • Entry Level or 1 year of working experience

  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to work closely with the team
