Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, preferably within the manpower, logistics, or service industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute the company’s sales strategy to achieve business goals and revenue targets
  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, including setting KPIs, providing coaching, and performance reviews
  • Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations to align efforts in lead generation and service delivery
  • Forecast sales trends, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring profitability and compliance
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings
Requirements
  • Minimum 7–10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and growing client accounts
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
  • Experience in manpower outsourcing, logistics, or service-based industries is highly advantageous
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to travel as needed
