Job description

Purpose

Inspire the church to worship God through music and appropriate worship arts, and to edify Christians to evangelize the world through Sunday services and beyond.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the worship planning process with the church pastoral team to realize the church's mission and vision of a missional community through worship arts.
2. Develop worship plans and liturgies in collaboration with the pastoral team and establish standards for church worship activities.
3. Support, lead, and guide the worship team in every Sunday production and major corporate programs.
4. Oversee the integration of music, technical arts (Audio Visual Lights), and other creative arts with the Media Communications Team to facilitate contemporary worship styles.
5. Collaborate with heads of youth, children, and seniors ministries to foster a worship culture and create worship leading opportunities for their participation.
6. Develop creative teams through training, partnerships with worship schools, and internship programs to nurture members and individuals for Christian service.
7. Ensure copyright compliance and manage subscriptions for song licenses, visual software, and video resources to enhance the ministry experience.

Qualifications

Degree in any discipline with 8-10 years of spiritual leadership experience in music and worship arts. Preferably, possess theological qualifications.

Must be a self-disciplined, self-motivated, hardworking individual willing to dedicate time and effort to achieve excellence in ministry.
