Location: Singapore, Singapore

Responsibilities:
  1. Customer focus
    • Prospect, promote, and sell identity and biometrics solutions to customers.
    • Serve as the primary sales interface for assigned accounts, including business and administrative coverage.
    • Coordinate with Business Units to meet customer needs and allocate resources effectively.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and develop recovery plans as needed.
    • Maintain consistency in local commercial approaches to achieve business results.
    • Establish strategic relationships with key contacts and decision-makers.
    • Create and monitor follow-up processes to track customer actions.
  2. Accounts acquisition
    • Work with Bid Managers to develop tender response strategies and manage tenders.
    • Be responsible for revenue streams from all assigned accounts.
    • Provide input on product evolution and roadmaps.
  3. Accounts management
    • Oversee project implementations and develop crisis management plans if necessary.
    • Communicate relevant market information internally.
  4. Business development
    • Develop strategic plans for each country/account aligned with DIS’s sales strategy.
    • Identify new opportunities and position DIS as a key partner.
    • Enhance DIS’s offerings through value creation and information sharing.
    • Build technical and sales synergies with third parties to expand sales opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Engineering or Business degree or equivalent.
  • At least 10 years of experience in solutions selling and large account management, preferably in ID & Passport, Law Enforcement, Border Management, or Digital Transformation.
  • Strong solution sales skills.
  • Good business analysis and mid-term strategic vision.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of High-Tech markets such as Smartcards, chips, PKI.
  • Market analysis skills and understanding of the Public Sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Customer and business-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with top managers and government officials.
  • Diplomacy, organization, leadership, and accountability.
