Position Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Affiliate Marketing professional to manage our affiliate and partnership strategy. This role combines hands-on affiliate program ownership with strategic oversight of paid media support and external agency management. You'll drive new customer acquisition through performance-based partnerships while ensuring alignment and accountability across all agency partners.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a data-driven, cross-functional environment and can juggle both relationship building and performance optimization at scale.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of Performance Marketing operations management by working closely with key stakeholders in local markets, agency partners and RHQ/HQ team. Ensure proper & smooth functioning of the operations with proper project management, supervision and cross-team collaboration.
Affiliate Marketing Ownership (Primary Focus – 60%)
· Develop, lead, and optimize the affiliate marketing strategy to drive acquisition and revenue.
· Manage affiliate networks and platforms
· Recruit and onboard high-performing affiliates, publishers, and create regional partnerships.
· Negotiatecontracts, commission structures, and exclusive partnerships with top-tier partners.
· Analyze affiliate performance data and implement ongoing optimizations to maximize ROI.
· Ensure compliance, proper tracking, and alignment with brand standards across all partners.
Paid Media Collaboration (20%)
· Support internal and agency-led paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.).
· Analyze performance data to help identify synergies and optimizations across affiliate and paid channels.
· Provide creative and strategic input for cross-channel campaign planning and execution.
· Assist in bridging attribution insights across affiliate and paid to ensure proper crediting and optimization.
Agency Management (20%)
· Serve as the primary point of contact for external affiliate and media agencies.
· Set clear performance expectations, goals, and KPIs for agency partners.
· Oversee campaign execution, timeline management, and reporting deliverables from agencies.
· Evaluate agency performance on a regular basis and recommend improvements or changes as needed.
· Ensure strategic alignment between internal teams and agency deliverables.
Skills & Qualifications
· 4–6+ years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in eCommerce or DTC.
· Proven success in scaling affiliate programs and managing complex partnerships.
· Experience managing or collaborating with media and affiliate agencies.
· Familiarity with major affiliate platforms
· Solid understanding of paid media channels, budgets, and campaign reporting.
· Strong data analysis and excel skills; experience with GA or Adobe Analytics is a plus.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
