Job description

Our client is a Singapore based company, in Electronics Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Sales Engineer to assist their Sales team for the next phase of their business. They are located in North-East - easily accessible.

Duties of Sales Engineer:

• Act as the technical subject matter expert during sales presentations and demonstrations, effectively communicating the capabilities of our Products to prospective clients.
• Conduct comprehensive market assessments to understand customer requirements, potential challenges, and integration opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop customized proposals and presentations tailored to the clients' unique needs.
• Provide technical guidance to our customers, answering any queries related to the implementation, functionality, and benefits of our products.
• Assist the sales team in responding to internal/ external stakeholders and other related documents, ensuring that technical specifications and capabilities are accurately represented.
• Establish strong, lasting relationships with customers, fostering trust and positioning our company as a trusted advisor.
• Prepare and attend customers Meetings
• Customer audit related matters
• Prepare sales reports and update status.
• Any other duties as assigned
