A leading company in the property development sector seeks an experienced Deputy General Manager or Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning and financial management, with at least 3-5 years of experience in a culturally diverse environment. This role involves overseeing operations, managing budgets, and leading a high-performing team to achieve organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
Developing and executing comprehensive strategy/operation plans, including feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial projections;
Planning and present business plans yearly to management and shareholders;
Develop and manage budgets by monitor financial performance, and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability;
Assist in making key financial decisions, including budget allocation, cost management, and revenue generation;
Identify and implement operational efficiencies and best practices to streamline processes, reduce operational costs, and improve overall portfolio performance;
Leading/oversee day-to-day operations across various departments like sales and marketing, finance, projects, clubhouse, building management and leasing to ensure efficiency and effectiveness;
Recruiting, developing, and motivating a high-performing team of sales and marketing, finance, projects, clubhouse, leasing and building management;
Fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting effective communication across departments;
Cultivate positive relationships with customers, property owners, investors, partners, agencies and other stakeholders;
Requirements:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years as DGM or Operation manager in Property Development sector with regional exposure and culturally diversified environment;
Strong logical thinking ability, coordination skills and great team player.
Provide strong leadership and direction to the organization, setting clear goals and objectives.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills; high attention to detail
Ability to work to tight deadlines and able to prompt others to ensure deadlines are achieved
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets and improve profitability.
Able to communicate fluently to Chinese clients
Based overseas (work in PNH)
