Location: Office near Braddell MRT; working location depends on the project.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday & Saturday half day (8:30am – 5:30pm)

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of working experience in M&E, bringing valuable industry knowledge to the role.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of assigned projects by the Project Engineer.
• Assist in requisitioning resources such as labor, materials, and equipment.
• Assist in handling and storing materials and equipment.
• Minimize wastage of materials and equipment.
• Supervise subcontractors' work.
• Liaise with relevant parties for material delivery.
• Ensure proper handover of the project to the customer upon completion.
• Ensure safety practices are followed.
• Assist engineers in inspecting incoming materials and equipment.
• Conduct daily quality checks of subcontractor/vendor work.
• Handle site inspections and coordinate with RTO.
• Arrange site inspections with clients and main contractors, and update on installation progress.
• Communicate site changes regularly to the drafter.
• Obtain permits to work before site execution.
• Raise non-conformance reports for non-conforming products.
• Perform tasks as assigned by Senior Manager, Project Manager, or Assistant Project Manager.
