About the Job

This Singapore-based role, within MoneyHero Group's Corporate Development team, is centered on shaping and implementing external and internal communications strategies across the region. The successful candidate will manage daily communications, cultivate strong media relationships, oversee media engagement for senior leaders, and spearhead effective external communications strategies.

The Assistant Manager, Corporate Communications will be responsible for:
  • Develop and implement integrated, proactive communications plans that elevate MoneyHero Group’s brand, support business objectives, and enhance our position as a fintech thought leader in the region.
  • Maintain and expand an international media database, lead day-to-day media relations and public relations activities, including media engagement, pitching, and monitoring.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key local and international media, key journalists, analysts, and KOLs in the sector, securing & managing interviews and press opportunities for senior executives across core markets.
  • Draft high-quality content including press releases, op-eds, media briefings, factsheets, and success stories.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop internal comms strategies that foster transparency, engagement, and a strong employer brand.
  • Support the creation and promotion of social media and digital content that aligns with brand and communication goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on messaging, media handling, and public-facing engagements.
  • Manage inbound media inquiries and provide expert commentary on industry trends, regulatory developments and the company innovations.
  • Provide ad hoc strategic guidance on crisis communications, ensuring rapid response capability for media-sensitive situations.
In this role, we are looking for someone with:
  • 4-5 years’ experience in corporate or financial communications, preferably within a PR agency or in-house communications team in the financial services, technology, or e-commerce sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing regional communications strategies and media relations across Asia Pacific.
    Strong media network and experience working directly with reporters and editors.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English – from press releases to social media posts.
  • Adept at creating content for various platforms, including digital, video, and internal comms channels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • A self-starter with a collaborative mindset and a passion for storytelling.
Good to have.
  • Candidates with a strong command of spoken and written Chinese are preferred.

How long do we hold your personal data?
