MINDEF is seeking an HR Manager responsible for strategic workforce planning and HR Master-planning. The role involves managing Job Evaluation frameworks and overseeing HR Shared Service delivery. Candidates should have at least 6 years of HR experience and strong analytical skills, with familiarity in Korn Ferry methodologies being advantageous.
You are responsible for driving strategic workforce planning and Human Resource (HR) Master-planning for the HR Job Family in MINDEF/SAF, while managing Job Evaluation frameworks and overseeing HR Shared Service delivery.
