About the Job:

We are seeking a passionate and innovative software engineer to join our Electrical & Industrial Solutions Group Center of Excellence (EISG COE). The role involves launching next-generation software solutions for future enterprise projects. As a software expert, you will be a key contributor to solution frameworks, developing and integrating multiple software products to create comprehensive solutions. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and deploying end-to-end solutions is essential.

About the Team:

You will collaborate closely with strategic planners, product management, and customers to understand key challenges and develop solutions that strengthen Keysight’s position as a market leader in measurement testing.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead architectural design, system-level integration, interfaces, and test requirements for Keysight’s board test and measurement software.
2. Outline end-to-end solutions and develop work breakdowns, including epics and milestones, collaborating with leads on sprint deliverables.
3. Set technology direction for major components and services; actively participate in their integration into measurement test software.
4. Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them for development teams.
5. Work closely with various software teams to develop common building blocks.
6. Communicate effectively across cross-functional teams and organizational levels.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or a related software discipline from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in product design, development, engineering, and product management.
• A proven track record of delivering products to customers on schedule.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong foundational knowledge of electrical circuits and electronic components.
• Hands-on experience with electrical/electronic testing and test automation is advantageous.
• Knowledge of board testing technology, IEEE boundary scan standards, and programming algorithms is a plus.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and deploying cross-platform software solutions.
• Proficiency in modern object-oriented design, design patterns, and measurement libraries.
• Development experience using C, C++11/14.
• Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Visual Studio, ClearCase, SharePoint, Git, GitLab, JIRA, and Confluence.
