Position: Senior Operations Manager/Operations Manager/Operations Supervisor
Department: Singapore Compliance Operations Department
Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

1. Provide continuous and daily operational support to customers in all aspects of the post transaction lifecycle - transaction support, distribution, settlement, reconciliation, and document services.
2. Work closely with product managers, fund managers, legal advisors, fund accountants, and other relevant parties.
3. Manage fund subscription and redemption documents, regular or temporary internal and external reports.
4. Monitor daily deliverables with relevant service providers to ensure receipt of all documents from relevant contract services and provide special services.
5. Participate in all operational projects related to system implementation and enhancement.
6. Timely response and resolution of fundamental issues.
7. If necessary, assist in carrying out any temporary tasks.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Degree holders in finance, accounting, or related disciplines.
2. At least 3 years of relevant work experience, and at least 1 year of experience in private banking or wealth management.
3. Having experience in operating private equity or secondary market funds is an advantage.
4. Diligent and hardworking, meticulous in work, with good time management skills, able to work under pressure.
5. Independent, proactive, self-motivated, outspoken, enthusiastic about learning, able to adapt to new challenges.
6. Proficient in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and operating systems.
7. We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
