Join a leading organization in Singapore as part of the Learning and Development team, where you will oversee training activities, maintain training records, and support onboarding processes. This entry-level position offers a full-time contract with opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic environment.
Hybrid- Full time, Entry level
You will be part of the team that oversees Learning and Development activities in TAL. The team is responsible for spearheading capability development to build a competent, engaged and agile workforce to sustain TAL’s transformation efforts and business needs.
What You Will be Working On
In this role, you will:
· Monitor and manage training activities, including tracking L&D training hours, reviewing and approving course applications, and liaising with external training vendors to ensure timely enrolment and coordination.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external audit requirements.
· Track training outcomes by monitoring attendance, completion rates, and collecting post-course feedback to derive insights and provide recommendations for improvement.
· Coordinate with Finance to process course-related payments, maintain proper documentation, and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
· Prepare and disseminate internal communications related to training, such as course announcements, reminders, and follow-ups to encourage participation and completion.
· Support onboarding activities by facilitating new hire orientations, which include booking venues, coordinating speakers, preparing materials, and handling logistical arrangements.
· Assist in the execution of HR-led engagement initiatives, providing administrative and logistical support for ad-hoc projects and events as needed.

· Proficient in MS Office 365 applications.
· Possess analytical, data management, stakeholder engagement/management, project management and interpersonal skills (including influencing, negotiating and facilitation skills).
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
· A team player, resourceful and able to multitask.
The position offered will commensurate with individual work experience and suitability. We welcome fresh graduates in any discipline and candidates without working experience to apply.
Position is on a 2-year full-time contract directly under the payroll of TAL with an option to renew, contingent upon performance and subject to the organisation's needs. Additionally, there is potential for emplacement into a permanent position.
