Business Development Manager - Construction

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence in both Singapore and Southeast Asia’s construction and fitting-out sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fitting-out and construction sectors.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders.
  3. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.
  4. Prepare and present proposals, tenders, and bids to secure new projects.
  5. Conduct market research to stay informed of industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
  6. Collaborate with project teams to ensure seamless delivery of fitting-out projects.
  7. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably in the construction, fitting-out, design, or architecture industries.
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing new clients.
  4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
