REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably at least 1 year of experience in the related field.

• Positive attitude, driven, and self-motivated individuals.

• Ability to multi-task and meet tight schedules.

• No experience or educational background necessary, but creative talent is welcomed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Interior Requests and Sales Enquiries

   • Meet with prospective clients.

   • Layout planning, material, and construction proposals.

   • Prepare quotations.

2. Project Coordination

   • Arrange and schedule contractors and suppliers.

   • Ensure project completion and handover.

3. Project Supervision

   • Conduct regular site visits.

   • Perform quality assurance checks to ensure smooth work and design execution.

4. For No Experience Designers:

   • Complimentary full theory training provided.

   • One-on-one on-site training with experienced design mentors.
