Job description

· Managing the overall project delivery and ensuring the delivery schedule is adhered to.

· Preparing the delivery schedule, effort estimates, and costs based on client requirements, and providing walkthroughs to the client.

· The Project Manager is responsible for achieving client sign-off on the schedule, effort, and cost presented.

· Providing weekly status reports to stakeholders.

· Ensuring project timeliness by setting and monitoring time milestones.

· Facilitating daily scrum meetings, sprint planning, sprint demos, and retrospectives.

· Tracking and managing the product backlog, burn-down metrics, velocity, and task breakdowns.

· Assisting the product owner in maintaining a well-groomed product backlog, ready for the next sprint.

· Responsible for providing architectural solutions and actively participating with team members to deliver technical requirements in Pega.
