Introduction

At MOE, we empower educators and school staff to enhance productivity and efficiency through seamless integration of commercial and central government tools. As a Lead Product Manager, you will drive the adoption and effective usage of various Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms, including MOE’s Device Management Application, Classroom Management tools, Microsoft 365, Google Classroom & Workspace productivity suites, and central Whole-of-Government (WOG) tools like Pair, AIBots, Transcribe, and Workpal. Your goal is to ensure these tools are effectively adopted across the education ecosystem, helping educators and staff maximize productivity and improve their work experiences. You will identify and address adoption blockers, facilitate training programs, cultivate a support structure, and leverage data analytics to sustain funding and advocate for productivity improvements with MOE senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Adoption and Usage
    • Lead efforts to increase adoption and maximize usage of key SaaS tools across 40,000 educators and staff, ensuring high productivity and user satisfaction.
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance adoption of MOE-specific tools (e.g., Device Management Application, Classroom Management tools) and WOG tools (e.g., Transcribe, Workpal).
    • Establish KPIs and monitor progress to evaluate the impact on user productivity and satisfaction.
  2. Identify and Address Adoption Blockers
    • Work closely with educators, staff, and stakeholders to identify barriers and propose solutions.
    • Design targeted interventions to address technical, cultural, or process-related pain points.
    • Gather feedback and iterate strategies for continuous improvement.
  3. Training and Enablement
    • Develop and implement training programs to ensure effective tool usage.
    • Create accessible resources to support ongoing learning.
    • Collaborate with school leaders and trainers to embed tools into daily workflows.
  4. Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration
    • Partner with internal teams, school leaders, and trainers to co-create solutions and align with MOE objectives.
    • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among educators and staff.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration.
  5. Continuous Improvement and Scaling
    • Review and refine strategies regularly to meet evolving needs.
    • Scale successful initiatives across more schools and educators.
    • Use data insights to inform decisions and optimize user experience.
  6. Business Case Development and Funding
    • Use analytics to monitor adoption, usage, and productivity gains.
    • Develop compelling business cases with quantitative and qualitative data to secure funding.
    • Present and sustain funding proposals with MOE senior management, aligning with productivity goals.
