Job Title: Investment Sales Manager
Department: Investment Advisory / Wealth Management / Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Investment Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals in promoting and selling investment products and wealth management solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial advisory services, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives. This position is critical to expanding client relationships, increasing assets under management (AUM), and mentoring high-performing investment advisors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of investment sales representatives or advisors to meet and exceed sales and asset growth targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities
  • Monitor team performance through KPIs, pipeline management, and regular performance reviews
  • Recruit, train, and onboard new sales talent to ensure a high-performing and compliant team
  • Provide expert guidance on financial products, portfolio strategies, and regulatory standards
  • Build and maintain relationship with high-net-worth and institutional clients, serving as a senior point of contact when needed
  • Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., product development, marketing, compliance, research) to support business development initiatives
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product positioning and sales tactics
  • Oversee adherence to all industry regulations (e.g., FINRA, SEC) and internal compliance policies
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, client acquisition, and strategic initiatives to senior leadership

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education of Diploma from Local (Singapore) Polytechnics only or Recognised Degree in any field or equivalent
  • 5–8+ years of experience in investment sales, wealth management, or financial advisory roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity
  • Qualifications: Relevant financial certifications (CFP, CFA, or equivalent preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
  • Strong knowledge of investment products, portfolio construction, risk management, and client advisory services
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a client-first approach
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales reporting tools

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working with high-net-worth individuals or institutional clients
  • Background in private banking, asset management, or investment firms
  • Familiarity with financial planning software and digital wealth platforms
  • Existing network of industry contacts and potential clients
