Job description

Responsible for analysing business, sales and service financial data, developing business financial models, and providing recommendations to improve a company's business performance and support strategic decision-making. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights, develop forecasts, and help the company achieve its financial and operational goals.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Management, business and operations reporting, analyses and decision-support activities

• Business, sales and service planning, budgeting and forecasting

• Measure and report on business, sales and service operations KPIs and implement corrective improvement measures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or related field; CPA or CA preferred.

• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis and reporting, Financial Modelling, Budgeting and Forecasting.

• Strong proficiency in financial tools and software (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access etc.), Power BI, Oracle BI, JD Edwards, CRM/PRM systems).

• Solid understanding of US GAAP

• Ability to analyse complex financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.

• Proficient in using financial software and developing sophisticated financial models and creating effective dashboards and visualizations.

• Financial Planning and Budgeting

• Ability to identify and analyse financial problems and develop effective solutions.

• Excellent communication, presentation, listening, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
