We offer market data, news, and analysis, as well as trading and risk management services within a comprehensive user-centric Fintech ecosystem. Serving more than five million users globally, Mitrade is accessible via various platforms such as mobile (iOS and Android), desktop applications, and web browsers.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a visionary Head, Branding to oversee and lead our brand’s global image and awareness initiatives. All of this will be achieved through a digital-focused approach that is highly integrated with our other business activities and aims to establish our image/awareness through various online touchpoints.

The ideal candidate will define our brand’s strategic direction and ensure our branding is innovative, impactful, and seamlessly integrated with our overall marketing and customer acquisition efforts. As a strategic thinker and collaborative leader, you will develop and operationalise a digital-centric brand strategy that resonates with our vision, market position, and unique selling points.

This role reports to the Business Operations Director based in Singapore. If you’re a strategic problem-solver with a passion for innovation, teamwork and a growth mindset, we invite you to join us in shaping the future of digital finance!

What Would Be Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute our ️brand’s ️global development plan that reflects our vision and enhances market positioning
  • Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Product Management, UI/UX Design, Content, and Operations to weave branding into every aspect of our product, online marketing, digital presence, and customer journey. For example:
  • form strategic partnerships, utilising innovative collaboration models, with other online / digital brands or platforms to increase brand exposure and reach new audiences; and
  • work with stakeholders to develop landing pages that align with SEM campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and visual branding that resonates with our brand’s identity.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative resources, closing the loop from creativity to execution: managing the creative production process, ensuring high-quality and efficient delivery of collaterals.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and consumer behaviours, particularly in the mobile internet landscape, to drive innovative branding initiatives and ensure they resonate with our target audience
  • Manage and optimize branding campaigns, measuring impact and adjusting tactics to drive effectiveness
  • Manage the company’s brand reputation and respond to potential crises or negative publicity

What We Require From You:

  • A minimum of 5 years in branding, digital marketing, or related roles within an internet-centric/digital centric business, and a minimum ️of ️8 ️years’ ️work experience
  • FinTech experience would be highly advantageous
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin (to work with stakeholders who converse only in Mandarin)
  • Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams towards shared goals
