A leading company in property management seeks a qualified individual to oversee service operations and maintenance for malls and office buildings. The role requires strong leadership skills, a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in property management or related environments. Responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, liaising with authorities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
This position is for Allgreen Properties Ltd, a company under Kuok (Singapore) Ltd.
Oversee the technician team in managing the service operations and maintenance of the mall and office buildings.
Assist in planning, managing and overseeing the operations, maintenance, and upkeep of the mall and office buildings.
Implement master schedule maintenance program for all M&E systems and services. This includes planning, managing and monitoring to ensure that preventive maintenance is carried out to specifications with compliance to regulatory requirements.
Ensure operational issues are identified and rectified promptly with maintenance and service reports.
Coordinate TDC matters including design and M&E requirements, technical evaluation, handover/takeover, reinstatement, etc.
Liaison with government authorities/ statutory boards, architects, engineers and other divisions on matters relating to management, permits, security and maintenance of the building.
Monitor performance of key contractors, including regular audits, to ensure that expected standards are adhered to.
Review, improve and make recommendation on SOP and workflows to ensure work efficiency and effectiveness.
Maintain good relations with tenants, manage tenant fit-out works and Asset Enhancement Projects.
Administrative duties for building works, service contracts, purchase order, work orders, etc.
Any other work as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Building, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with sound knowledge of M&E
Experience in property management, shopping mall or retail environment with involvement in asset enhancement projects will be an added advantage
Possess strong leadership, people management, result-oriented and able to work within tight deadlines
Possess command of both written and spoken English
Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
