• Basic Salary: $3,500 - $4,500 + Bonus

• Working hours: 5 Days work week (Monday to Friday), from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm

• Office location: Woodlands Industrial Park E5

Company provides lab services in chemical and microbiological parameters for Bunker Oil and Environmental testing (soil, water, and industrial waste).

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, environmental science and engineering, chemistry, or related field, or equivalent experience

2. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a laboratory environment

3. Experience with Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), including rule creation, test code analysis, and workflow management, is a plus

4. Technical knowledge of IT tools such as MS Office, data analysis, and SQL is advantageous

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the LIMS Super User, overseeing system administration and ensuring smooth daily operations of the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

• Provide end-user support, troubleshoot LIMS errors, and ensure user satisfaction across departments.

• Manage LIMS-related projects within the South-East Asia region, coordinating with IT and business leaders to meet project goals.
• Liaise with IT developers to ensure LIMS customizations meet business needs and are validated prior to deployment.
