Leasing Assistant Role (Real Estate Division)

Join our vibrant Real Estate team to support our restaurant expansion across Singapore! As a Leasing Assistant, you’ll assist Real Estate Managers and Leasing Executives with leasing operations and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing Support: Manage schedules, organize meetings, and prepare documents.
  • Lease Documentation: Draft, review, and maintain lease agreements and contracts.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with landlords, agents, government bodies, and internal teams.
  • Data & Reporting: Update real estate databases, track lease terms, and generate reports.
  • Payments: Process lease payments, utilities, and expenses.
  • Compliance: Ensure documents meet regulatory and internal standards.
  • Licensing: Handle submissions to authorities (e.g., SFA, IRAS) and permit applications.
  • Project Tracking: Monitor real estate project milestones.
  • Other Duties: Support the team with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh Diploma in Facilities, Building, Real Estate, or related fields.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
